We've gone to town on this product using C24 Graded Timber Frame, Scandinavian Decking Boards & Pressure Treated Feather Edge Timber using higher gauge galvanised nails. We've also ensured that there are minimum screws/fixings on show for a better internal look.
Fully Lined Internal Roof using High Grade Breathable Roofing Membrane with additional overhang to create additional shelter on a rainy day & Overlapped External Feather Boards to prevent water ingress.
It can be used right away - no need for additional treatment, although you can apply additional treatment such as Oil, Stain or Paint to match your current environment.

Lighting consists of 3 rows of internal 'Festoon' lights, an internal switch with a weatherproof electrical connection box fitted below the floor level. A 230v (5 amp) power supply will be required prior to delivery.
We Deliver to you as 'Flat Pack' and Build it for you in your chosen place. Building takes approx 2-4 hours and includes any base supports required on uneven or soft ground.

All our products are built using only NEW Pressure Treated Timber. The expected outdoor life of the timber we use is up to 10 years without further treatment, however if you re-treat your product every 2-3 years, using a suitable outdoor wood preservative, just as you would with a wooden fence, then this can be extended to up to 25 years.
We guarantee our build for 12 months from delivery date. If any defects develop within this Guarantee period, please let us know and we will arrange an inspection and rectify any issues by way of a repair or replacement - Replacements are only offered at our descretion and cannot be requested.
