All our products are built using only NEW Pressure Treated Timber. The expected outdoor life of the timber we use is up to 10 years without further treatment, however if you re-treat your product every 2-3 years, using a suitable outdoor wood preservative, just as you would with a wooden fence, then this can be extended to up to 25 years.

We guarantee our build for 12 months from delivery date. If any defects develop within this Guarantee period, please let us know and we will arrange an inspection and rectify any issues by way of a repair or replacement - Replacements are only offered at our descretion and cannot be requested.
Covering all of the UK, we provide wooden storage solutions, fully assembled & delivered direct to your door or garden.

Local Delivery & Delivery Zones: We offer Delivery by Ourselves in Somerset and the surrounding areas, plus other Delivery Zones throughout the UK - with this delivery service we ensure it's positioned exactly where you want it, levelled up and fit for purpose before we leave. Our aim is to deliver your chosen product within 14 days from the date you placed your order, however please allow up to 28 days during busy periods.

Extended Delivery: This is an extended delivery service, again carried out by Ourselves, however we may send smaller units via a 'Pallet Delivery Service', which would be a 'Kerb Side' delivery only and require you to position your store yourself. We will let you know well in advance if we plan to send via courier.

Delivery options and prices are available during checkout once you have added your postcode - Depending where you are, as some of our delivery zones overlap, you may be offered numerous delivery zones/options - Simply select the cheapest option available.
We always want you to be happy with your chosen product, however if for any reason you should change your mind and wish to cancel or amend your order then we can do this for you.

As all of our products are 'Built to Order' there are time limits applied to cancellation or amendment, beyond which there may be a cancellation fee as listed below:

If cancelled within 3 working days there will be no charge and a full refund will be issued. After 3 working days, a percentage may be deducted from your initial payment before a refund is processed (see below) - this is to cover the cost of any materials used during the initial 'Build' process, however if we have not started the 'Build' then we can still issue a full refund - we will confirm this at the time of your request.

1) When we have started the 'Build' of a standard product, we will issue a refund less 5% of the product cost.

2) If the 'Build' has been completed, then we will issue a refund less 15% of the product cost.

3) If you ordered a 'Bespoke' product with 'Bespoke' sizes or adjustments, then we will issue a refund less 20% of the product cost.

4) If your standard product (as per the description on our website) has been delivered and for any reason you decide it is not suitable, then we will accept a return at our discretion, subject to a min 20% refund reduction. We can only allow up to 7 days for this, after which there will be no refund available. There may also be an addition charge for collection of the product - we will confirm and agree any charges or deductions before we collect the product.

5) Bespoke products that have been delivered cannot be returned.
