Product Guarantee:

We guarantee all of our products against faulty workmanship for a Minimum of 12 months from your delivery date. Refunds or exchanges will be provided at our discretion once we have inspected your product - please let us know at the earliest opportunity if there is an issue with your product. The majority of our products are build using Pressure Treated Timber, which itself has a 10 year life expectancy. We recommend re-treating your product approx every 2-3 years, just as you would with an external fence, this would then further extend life of your product.
